Refund & Exchange Policy

All ticket purchases are strictly non-refundable. In the unlikely event that the organizer cancels the event, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. If the event is postponed, tickets will automatically remain valid for the rescheduled date; however, attendees who are unable to join on the new date may request a refund within 5 business days of the postponement announcement. Please note that refunds will not be issued for inability to attend or for any circumstances beyond the organizer’s control.
